When it comes to texting, I suffer from finger-Tourette's with emoticons, burping them out regardless of much justification. I find myself nostalgic at times of the old-school way of expressing a tone via text, as in having to be creative using a limited amount of signs, symbols and numbers available on your keyboard. It almost seems retro to use semi-colons followed by brackets; so, who better than ACNE to come in and swoop up this feat of digital expression and spin it into an accessory, in a form of a vintage vanity case to be exact. Leave it to the Swedes to create something this funky that feels so akin to my raison d'être. To be honest, it's not at all practical in any sense, then again, something is only as practical as you deem it to be. But seriously, this vanity case is designed basically to only carry a iPhone in one compartment, and scrunched up cash and credit cards in the other, and maybe a chap stick; but that's pretty much all one needs, ya' know, modern necessities and what not. The big upside is that it comes with a large interior mirror (no more using my phone's reverse cam for checking teeth for post-meal residues or make-up mishaps), plus the emoticon shamelessly displayed on the surface perfectly illustrates my general indifference. So whenever one attempts to venture a guess at my current mood, just refer to this.
